Terms of Service

Nuzzoo is available only to people who are 18 years of age or older. By uploading a photo or saving a draft, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

When you upload a photo, you affirm and warrant that:

• you own the rights to the photo you upload, or otherwise have the permission needed to use it;
• the photo is of your own pet; and
• the photo does not contain a human face. Uploads with a human face are rejected or cropped at preflight — see our Privacy Policy.

You keep ownership of your original photo. You grant Nuzzoo only the limited permission needed to generate your portrait and deliver it to you.

Every Nuzzoo portrait is AI-generated. AI results are inherently variable: the same photo can produce different results, and no two runs are identical. We show you a free watermarked proof of your own pet first, precisely so you can judge the likeness before deciding.

Our quality guarantee has a specific, honest scope:

• On the free proof: if the first result is not quite right, you get one coached retry — a second generation with specific guidance to improve the likeness.
• On a finished portrait: the rerender guarantee includes one free rerender of the finished portrait if it does not meet the guarantee.

The guarantee covers likeness and quality issues with the generated portrait. It is not a promise that the AI can reproduce a photorealistic copy, and it does not cover creative preferences about style beyond the likeness of your pet.

The free tier is generous but bounded so we can offer it to everyone:

• one initial generation of your free proof, plus
• one coached retry if the first proof is not right.

A generation that errors or times out on our side does not count against this limit.

Nuzzoo is currently in an early phase and no purchases are offered yet — the free proof and saved draft are entirely free. The terms below state how purchases will work when purchasing opens:

• Portraits will be offered as one-time digital purchases (and, later, physical prints).
• Digital purchases carry a 14-day refund if the portrait does not meet the quality guarantee described above.
• Because digital portraits are delivered immediately and are generated specifically for you, refunds outside the guarantee scope are at our discretion.

Please use Nuzzoo only for portraits of your own pet, from photos you have the right to use. Do not upload photos of other people, other people’s pets without permission, or content that is unlawful. We may decline to process an upload or remove content that breaks these terms.

We may update these terms as Nuzzoo evolves — for example, when purchasing opens. When we do, we will update the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use Nuzzoo after a change means you accept the updated terms.
